The population base for any given area is a good estimate of how many properties will actually enter into default in any given month. We have grouped particular counties together to form our regions, based on the population base for each county. Thus, the subscription fees for some regions will be more or less than others. You will notice that our Lane County region is only $29.95 a month while other County regions are $19.95 a month
